Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years relevant experience in the Data Centre Construction Industry.
• Experience managing Data Centre Construction Projects as an Owner or as a General Contractor.
• Must be familiar with the design process of building systems for data centre and mission critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Maintain liaison with various MEP subs, contractors, and vendors.
• Responsible for creating and managing project schedules.

Skills

Ability to work independently

Solid Construction Project Management experience

Effective Communicator – emails, phone and face to face
