Job summary

Apple Inc. Sparks seeks an experienced Data Center Project Manager, Mechanical to lead the complete lifecycle of mechanical systems for data center construction. You will collaborate with design partners, contractors, and internal teams to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget facilities.

You will oversee procurement, FATs, commissioning, TAB activities, and vendor coordination, ensuring adherence to ASHRAE/NFPA standards while supporting program goals and safety across critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in hyperscale or large-scale data center construction and commissioning
• Experience managing the mechanical equipment procurement lifecycle (bid leveling, PO issuance, shop drawing review)
• Hands-on commissioning experience with Cx plans, IST, and BMS controls systems

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction planning and design coordination for mechanical systems
• Oversee procurement, vendor management, and schedule adherence
• Manage TAB coordination, FATs, and commissioning activities
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA 90A, IMC, and safety standards
• Provide program updates to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
