Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Data Center Project Manager, Mechanical to oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical systems for our data center construction projects, from design and procurement through commissioning and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in hyperscale data center construction and commissioning preferred.
• Experience managing mechanical equipment procurement lifecycle, including bid leveling and vendor coordination.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing commissioning plans for mechanical and BMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage full mechanical equipment lifecycle from design through closeout.
• Coordinate with design partners, contractors, and internal teams to deliver data center facilities safely and on schedule.
• Oversee TAB activities and BMS controls installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Review submittals for chillers, CRAHs, CRACs, AHUs, pumps, piping, and controls systems.
• Maintain procurement logs, vendor schedules, and project reporting.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE standards, NFPA 90A, IMC, and safety requirements.
