Job summary

Apple is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead development for high‑efficiency data centers in its US campus portfolio. You will coordinate with Real Estate, Legal, EH&S, Energy, Construction, Network and Engineering teams to drive projects from programming through commissioning.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in mission-critical construction, strong MEP knowledge, and proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel while aligning with schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a data center/construction project manager
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or equivalent
• Experience coordinating architects, engineers, and consultants from programming to completion
• Strong data center/conmercial/industrial construction background including MEP systems
• Ability to read design and construction drawings and coordinate with utilities

Responsibilities

• Lead development of data center projects and manage multiple workstreams
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Legal, EH&S, Energy, Construction, Network and Engineering teams
• Oversee upgrades and modifications within live data center environments alongside new builds
• Provide input on design, constructibility, and budget governance
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners and vendors
