Job summary

Dean seeks a Critical Facilities Manager to lead operations of a government data center's critical environments, ensuring safety, risk mitigation, and peak performance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire/life safety systems.

You will oversee a rotating operator shift, help develop SOPs and training, and coordinate maintenance using Maximo. A strong electrical/HVAC background and ability to obtain security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with 10+ years of hands-on experience
• BS degree in mechanical, electrical, or facilities engineering is required or strongly preferred
• Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage rotating shift of operators monitoring, controlling, and updating system control applications.
• Assist in developing SOPs, operator aids, and training programs for operators
• Ensure compliance with safety, operating codes, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with CMMS (Maximo) for maintenance, repairs, and warranty activities
• Communicate facility issues and reports to management and client during shut downs or degraded conditions
