Job summary

Pogue Construction is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead mission-critical and data center construction projects in Texas. You will oversee daily project activities, manage budgets, coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and drive safety, quality, and schedule performance.

Ideal candidates have hands-on GC experience, experience with Procore or similar tools, OSHA 30, and a track record of delivering large-scale commercial or data center facilities on time and within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction science or commensurate experience.
• Hands-on experience with data center or large commercial projects.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily oversight of all assigned projects.
• Active participation in pre-construction and bid/contract reviews.
• Monitor project progress, subcontractor performance & costs; report milestones.
• Prepare/ conduct owner/architect/contractor meetings and ensure closeout.
• Maintain project budgets, schedule, and safety quality standards.
