Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager II to join our National Mission Critical team.

The role focuses on administration of assigned projects with supervision across project management phases, including schedules, cost projections, contracts, and status reports. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management with 6+ years in the Mission Critical sector and are willing to travel for projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management and 6+ years of proven experience in the Mission Critical industry.
• Willingness to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
• Participate in design development, budget preparation, and project schedule.
• Share job cost responsibility with supervisor by keeping them informed of efforts.
• Under supervision prepare and control budget, schedule, and bid documents; negotiate and award subcontracts; help prepare profit projections.
• Help conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports.
• Conduct project close-out duties, including final cost, punch list, final billing, and final collection of fees.
