Ryan Companies US, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a Construction Project Manager II for our National Mission Critical team. You will administer projects, managing schedules, budgets, contracts, and status reports under supervision.

Key duties include owner presentations, design development support, bid documents, subcontracting, and on-site coordination. Travel required.

Salary: $120,000–$145,000, plus potential incentives. Benefits include health, retirement, PTO, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management.
• At least 6+ years of proven experience in the Mission Critical industry.
• Willingness to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
• Assist design development, budget preparation, and project schedule.
• Share job cost responsibility with supervisor by keeping informed.
• Prepare and control budget, schedule, and bid documents; negotiate subcontracts.
• Help conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports.
• Conduct project close-out duties, including final cost, punch list, final billing, and final collection of fees.
