Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Construction Project Manager II to join our National Mission Critical team in Milwaukee.

This role focuses on administration of assigned projects, managing schedules, costs, contracts, and status reports under supervision. You will participate in design development, budget and schedule, prepare and control budgets, negotiate subcontracts, conduct jobsite coordination, and support close-out duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management and at least 6+ years in the Mission Critical industry.
• Willingness to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
• Participate in design development, budget preparation, and project schedule.
• Share job cost responsibility with supervising PM or Division Manager with regular updates.
• Prepare and control budget, schedule, and bid documents; negotiate and award subcontracts; assist with profit projections.
• Conduct jobsite coordination meetings and provide job status reports.
• Perform project close-out duties including final cost, punch list, final billing, and fee collection.
