Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Construction Project Manager II for our National Mission Critical team. You will drive project administration, manage schedules and costs, and report on project status under supervision while coordinating with owners and subcontractors.

You will lead design development, budgeting, bidding, and procurement activities, and prepare profit projections. Travel to project sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management.
• 6+ years of proven experience in the Mission Critical industry.
• Willingness to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
• Participate in design development, budget preparation, and project schedule.
• Share job cost responsibility with supervising PM or Division Manager by keeping supervisor informed.
• Prepare and control budget, schedule, and bid documents; negotiate and award subcontracts; help prepare profit projections.
• Help conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports.
• Conduct project close-out duties, including final cost, punch list, final billing, and final collection of fees.
