Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager II for our National Mission Critical team.

You will administer assigned projects, manage schedules, costs, contracts, and status reports under supervision, with travel to project sites as needed. The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Engineering/Management and 6+ years of mission-critical project experience, along with proficiency in PM tools like Procore and P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management.
• 6+ years of proven experience in the Mission Critical industry.
• Willingness to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in owner/client sales presentations.
• Participate in some design development, budget preparation, and project schedule.
• Share job cost responsibility with supervising PM or Division Manager by keeping supervisor informed of efforts.
• Under supervision prepare and control budget, schedule, and bid documents; negotiate and award subcontracts; help prepare profit projections.
• Help conduct jobsite coordination meetings and job status reports.
• Conduct project close-out duties, including final cost, punch list, final billing, and final collection of fees.
