• Experience leading mission-critical projects and teams.
• Availability to relocate to Midwest project site and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and accountability for project performance.
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction outcomes.
• Provide executive oversight and remove barriers to project success.
• Develop client relationships and pursue opportunities for growth.
• Identify and mitigate risks through contract review and planning.
• Develop project leaders and promote best practices across teams.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives and capability building.
