Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager focused on mission-critical facilities in Berwick, PA. The PM will lead budget development, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and pay apps while ensuring safety and quality.

Strong leadership and communication are essential to coordinate the project team and stakeholders. Candidates should have 5+ years of commercial GC experience and proficiency with ProCore, JD Edwards, and drawing interpretation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; four-year degree preferred in construction, engineering, or business.
• 5+ years in commercial construction, with GC experience desired.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and master project software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety compliance and project documentation.
• Develop and manage project budget and milestones.
• Lead pre-construction RFPs and owner reporting.
• Coordinate notes, RFIs, submittals, and pay applications.
• Schedule and oversee quality control, logistics, and closeout.
