Job summary

HITT Contracting is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for mission critical commercial construction in New Albany, Ohio. You will help manage budgets, schedules and documentation while coordinating with site teams to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

Requirements include a high school diploma; a four-year degree is preferred; 2–5 years of commercial construction with a GC. ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards and Microsoft Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; four-year degree strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years in commercial construction, including GC experience.
• Experience on commercial job sites strongly preferred.
• ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards and Microsoft Office proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain adherence to safety standards.
• Assist in creating and managing project budget for all assigned projects.
• Develop pre-construction RFP package.
• Assist in conducting project meetings, setting milestones and owner reports.
• Establish job processes (RFIs, submittals, pay applications).
• Update project schedule; ensure quality control and project logistics.
• Assist in closeout process.
• Collaborate with the project superintendent and site operations team.
