Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Operations Coordinator in the United States to serve as the central Scheduler/Planner for CE team activities and contractor management.

You will partner with local training teams to ensure staff qualifications align with maintenance requirements, manage third‑party vendors onsite, and help improve CMMS accuracy while generating KPI reports for performance review.

Qualifications

• Extensive equipment background and knowledge of maintenance scope.
• Strong understanding of Critical Environments similar to high uptime industries.
• Critical thinking and process engineering focus is a plus.
• Familiarity with MS Office; Excel skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scheduler/Planner and central point of contact for the vendor team leadership.
• Coordinate staff qualifications with local training teams to meet maintenance requirements.
• Manage and coordinate third-party vendors to balance workload onsite and ensure adequate supervision.
• Maintain and improve CMMS accuracy and completeness.
• Specialist role focusing on CMMS training, system support, KPI reporting, and process improvement.
