Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Program and Project Management Specialist to support Navy mission systems and acquisition activities. You will work with assistants PMs to prepare documents and monitor cost, schedule, and performance, ensuring high-quality reporting.

You will use Microsoft Office and Power BI for tactical planning and briefing material delivery, collaborating with SMEs, schedulers and analysts to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience supporting Navy or DoD clients.
• 1+ years of experience supporting Navy or DoD PMO offices.
• Knowledge of DoD Adaptive Acquisition framework or DoD 5000.02.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts in electronic warfare, information warfare, and signals intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Support project life cycle from concept to completion.
• Prepare acquisition documents with assistants program managers.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and performance metrics for programs.
