Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking an Availability Manager to ensure operational excellence, service availability, and rapid incident resolution in a mission-critical environment.

This role requires office presence in posted locations, with no relocation offered, and a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance. You will lead 24x7 operations, drive process improvements, and coordinate incident response with senior management and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is desired.
• Four (4) additional years of relevant network engineering experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.
• Three (3) years of related experience.
• Demonstrated experience scheduling and supervising staff in a 24x7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 24x7 operations center staff to meet SLAs and customer objectives.
• Lead incident response during critical outages and coordinate resources.
• Implement core business processes and drive improvements for efficiency.
• Coach and mentor staff to build a high-performing team.
• Prepare and deliver daily incident/changes reports and SLA status.
