Job summary

Experis in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Mission Control Shift Supervisor to join the Fleet Operations team. The shift runs Wednesday–Saturday from 12pm to 10:30pm, with a pay range of $36.00 per hour.

You will supervise a team of Mission Controllers, lead daily fleet operations, and coordinate staffing while ensuring safety and collaboration across the organization. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of autonomous vehicle or remote operations experience, strong leadership and communication skills,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of autonomous vehicle operator and/or remote operations experience.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and operational problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful approach to improving operational efficiency.
• Experience leading teams in a cross-functional operations environment (preferred: instructor, lead, or supervisory experience).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Mission Controllers to achieve daily operational and long-term performance goals.
• Lead day-to-day fleet operations while promoting a safety-first, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
• Coordinate team schedules, complete administrative tasks, and validate staffing needs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Mission Control software and support remote operations activities.
• Coach team members and contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service execution.

As a Mission Control Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Fleet Operations department supporting the Mission Control Operations and Remote Operations teams.
