Job summary

E Logic is seeking a GSOC Communications Systems Operator (CSO) Liaison to support the Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) on the C-32, C-40, and C-37 aircraft. This Key Personnel role provides expert guidance on Mission Communications System operations and tracks airborne aircraft to resolve in-flight communications issues.

The position requires an active TOP SECRET clearance and 5–6 years of relevant experience, with on-site, 24/7 coverage at Joint Base Andrews, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent post-high school education.
• Active TOP SECRET clearance at time of contract award.
• Criminal background check and PRA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Track and assist Executive Aircraft in flight with communications issues.
• Respond to incident calls and support trend analysis.
• Utilize C2 tools and Mattermost to support Executive Aircraft in flight.
• Provide GSOC leadership with expert guidance on MCS operations on C-32/C-40/C-37 aircraft.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance to Communications Systems Operators during MCS anomalies or outages.
• Review and recommend on the effectiveness of GSOC flight monitoring solutions from COMSATCOM providers.
• Monitor, analyze, detect, and respond to GSOC-identified incidents and activities.
• Collect data to identify, analyze, and report events to GSOC that may impact SLC3S-A systems.
• Respond within 15 minutes to crises and urgent situations during duty hours.
• Support mitigation of immediate and potential threats.
• Provide analytical support for projects and systems to ensure cyber operation effectiveness.
