Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Trainer II for the XVIII Airborne Corps Mission Training Complexes. You will tailor cutting-edge solutions to customer needs and support readiness through live, virtual, and constructive training environments.

Requires 5+ years of military training experience and a Secret clearance; onsite at Fort Bragg, NC, with opportunity to grow in a dynamic, defense-focused team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years military training and training support ops; MTC experience required.
• 3+ years with military simulations and networks; Battalion or higher ops preferred.
• Former FA57 or CP36 within the last five years' experience highly preferred.
• Secret clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Delivers individual training to operators and training events per MTC program.
• Develops training methods and materials based on client specs.
• Develops TSP training products for C2IS and LVC systems.
• Participates in Event/Exercise lifecycle management including AARs.
• Configures and tests training systems; supports troubleshooting.
• Leads planning to create high-fidelity live/virtual/constructive events.
