Job summary

General Dynamics - IT seeks a Trainer II at Fort Campbell to support Army Mission Command training. You will develop curriculum, lectures, and computer-based aids aligned with client specifications and training plans.

You will deliver small to large-scale training events, maintain MCIS system proficiency, and participate in lifecycle management. Strong emphasis on discretion, judgment, and readiness for occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience supporting US Army operations.
• Secret security clearance required.
• Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds and climb ladders to configure wiring.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proficiency with US Army Mission Command Information (MCIS) systems.
• Prepare and deliver mission command training based on objectives.
• Develop Training Support Packages with simulations and MCIS integration.
• Design training scenarios for simulations to support objectives.
• Configure equipment and classrooms and conduct end-to-end testing.
• Ensure equipment and software operate correctly during training.
• Deliver training events of various sizes per the training program.
• Participate in event lifecycle management and AARs.
• Perform tasks related to SOW and customer requirements.
• Work schedule may include nights, weekends, or swing shifts as needed.
