Job summary

Lukos seeks a Mission Command Exercise Leader at Fort Bragg, NC to direct the Mission Command Exercise Branch and oversee MRXs for deploying staff. The role requires senior Army experience, a master’s degree, and a secret clearance to coordinate complex training events.

The candidate will manage exercise design, resources, and collaboration with Evaluation Teams to observe and report findings, ensuring readiness for SOF operations at the joint level.

Qualifications

• Experience in SOF assignments and leadership roles.
• Knowledge of exercise design and execution of complex exercises.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the Mission Command Exercise Branch work efforts.
• Schedule and coordinate MRXs for deploying staff.
• Identify and resolve operational problems within the branch.
• Coordinate internal SOMTC support for MRXs and simulations.
• Coordinate with Evaluation Teams to observe and report findings.
