Job summary

MKS2 Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Mission Command Exercise Leader to support the planning, coordination, execution, and assessment of Mission Readiness and Mission Command Exercises for O5-O6 level headquarters staffs at Fort Bragg, NC. The role drives complex training, ensures objectives meet operational requirements, and leads scheduling, design, and evaluation efforts.

The position requires a Master’s Degree, extensive SOF experience, and an Active Secret Clearance.

Qualifications

• Must hold Master’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Must have extensive SOF experience and leadership.
• Experience designing and executing mission command exercises.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling, design, planning, coordination, execution and assessment of exercises for O5-O6 staff.
• Develop realistic exercise scenarios to support mission command training.
• Coordinate resources and personnel for successful exercise execution.
• Oversee evaluation, after-action reviews and documentation for government leadership.
