Job summary

IDS International seeks a Mission Command Exercise Leader to support planning, development, and execution of mission command exercises for Special Operations Forces objectives at Fort Bragg, NC. The role provides senior operational expertise and oversees exercise design and resource management across teams and facilities.

The candidate will coordinate networks, databases, software, and security requirements, ensuring alignment with training goals and client needs.

Qualifications

  • Secret clearance required.
  • Master’s degree.
  • Graduate of the U.S. Army Special Forces Officer Qualifying Course (18A), or Warrant Officer 180A.
  • Graduate of a U.S. military officer’s Senior Service College, or Graduate of Warrant Officer Senior Service Education Course.
  • Assignment to Special Operations Forces units.
  • Commander at the battalion level or Chief Warrant Officer at Group level or higher.
  • Served as primary staff at the SOJTF level or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Support exercise planning, development, and execution activities.
  • Apply knowledge of exercise design considerations.
  • Manage elements and resources associated with exercise development and execution.
  • Coordinate personnel, time, infrastructure, hardware, networks, databases, software, and security requirements supporting exercises.
  • Support mission command training and exercise objectives.
