Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Security Clearance, with enhanced security checks
• Experience using management software/tools including Microsoft Office Suite, Project and other applicable management applications.
• Experience coordinating with external organizations and stakeholders to rapidly define requirements and manage resources including subcontractors.
• Willingness to travel to support program events – 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management oversight to a single customer across planning stages with multiple subcontractors.
• Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion; manage cost, schedule and technical performance.
• Lead program review sessions with customers to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Develop new business or expand services with the customer; establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans.
• Coordinate and oversee resources, calendars, meetings, and events; ensure high-priority tasks align with mission objectives.
