Huntington Ingalls Industries, Mission Technologies Division, is seeking mid-to-senior level Program Management professionals to lead development programs at Wright Pattersons AFB in Ohio. You will manage cost, schedule, and performance with external partners, ensuring milestones align with SOOs/SOWs and security requirements.

The role offers growth across engineering disciplines with TS/SCI eligibility, and regular interaction with mission partners to deliver advanced capabilities and logistics

Formación

• 4 years progressive experience with a Bachelor's in related field; or 2 years with a Master's; or 8 years with a HS diploma.
• Professional experience with program or project management principles.
• Technical aptitude from contributing to engineering projects (RF, cyber, computer, electrical, IT).
• Experience as an engineer in a relevant discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Manage overall program execution to meet scope, schedule, cost, and performance.
• Maintain and track program milestones and deliverables.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical team and coordinate with external partners.
• Prepare program status reports for senior leadership.
• Ensure security/IA documentation and compliance throughout the program.
