Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries, Mission Technologies seeks a Project Management Analyst at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills, experience coordinating with external organizations, and the ability to document requirements with engineers and subcontractors.

You will manage schedules, communicate with stakeholders, and oversee testing coordination across multiple teams. Travel up to 10% is required; a TS/SCI clearance is a prerequisite where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelor’s in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI Security Clearance, with enhanced security checks
• Experience working with various management software tools to include Microsoft Office Suite, Project and other applicable management applications.
• Must be willing to travel to support program events – 10%

Responsibilities

• Provide mission support to include program management oversight to a single customer requiring coordination of project requirements across planning stages with several subcontractors.
• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion.
• Program may be based out of a single location utilizing established technologies requiring standard application to provide solutions to a variety of technical problems.
• Develop new business or expanding services with the customer.
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions.
• Directs the work of employees assigned to the program.
