Job summary

HII's Mission Technologies, Warfare Systems group, is seeking a Project Management Analyst at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. The ideal candidate will coordinate test activities, manage schedules, procure resources, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to keep programs on track.

Must have 3+ years experience with a related degree or 7 years with HS, ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance, and willingness to travel up to 10%. Salary range listed is $60,770 to $86,814.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 1 year with Masters; or 7 years with High School Diploma
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with enhanced checks
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Project and other management applications
• Experience coordinating with external organizations and stakeholders to define requirements and manage subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee appointment setting, meetings, and events; align high-priority tasks with mission objectives
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders at various locations via telephone and email
• Organize and coordinate internal/external efforts before, during, and after testing
• Manage program purchasing and ensure timely resource acquisition
• Apply cost control and budgeting skills for material and labor
• Maintain comprehensive filing system and conduct regular audits
