Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Network Operations Analytics Engineer at MacDill AFB, FL to support GSM-O II and JCSE. You will develop data sets, reports, and tools to meet customer objectives, manage data storage, and deliver ad-hoc reporting.

Required DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, CCNA security preferred, network management and ticketing experience, and a Secret clearance. BS degree with 8–12 years' experience. Competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification is required.
• CCNA certification is highly desired; experience with network management platforms and ticketing systems.
• Database experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement methods to collect key performance metrics across missions.
• Analyze bandwidth, ticket data, and performance to drive improvements.
• Produce mission reports supporting JCSE and JNOC operations.
• Create process documentation and repeatable reporting workflows.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior government/military leadership.
