Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+).
• CCNA Certification required.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day routing and switching support with Cisco routers and switches.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN/CAN performance and routing protocols.
• Cross-train across SATCOM, Voice, and VDI/Virtualization in an operational environment.
• Ensure compliance with DoD policies and cybersecurity standards.
• Document outages and changes using ticketing systems.
• Resolve network infrastructure issues impacting multiple networks and devices.
