Job summary

Oneida ESC Group seeks a full-time Instructional System Designer (ISD) at the Defense Information School, Fort Meade, MD. You will analyze requirements and develop instructional programs to drive performance and measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create assessments, ensure accessibility, and manage course content across DMS/LMS platforms while meeting delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Adult Learning, Education, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of Curriculum Development & Instructional Design experience using the ADDIE framework.
• Available to provide full-time on-site support.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• All applicants must meet strict federal, military, and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training requirements and design instructional programs.
• Develop competency-based assessments and metrics.
• Create Train the Trainer materials for large-scale courses and provide instructor training.
• Ensure Section 508 accessibility and compliance in materials.
• Archive and manage course content in DMS/LMS and maintain lifecycle updates.
