Job summary

Leyden Solutions, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to analyze, design, develop, and maintain instructional content for web-based and instructor-led courses. The ISD will nurture client partnerships and ensure alignment with security training standards.

The position is hybrid with up to 1x weekly travel to Fort Meade, MD, or the Washington D.C. area. A current TS/SCI security clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Instructional Systems Design or Adult Education is required.
• Bachelor’s with 5+ years in online or instructor-led course design acceptable in lieu of Master’s.
• Experience with DoD security topic training.
• Current TS/SCI clearance and U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and maintain instructional content for web-based and instructor-led courses.
• Collaborate with clients to identify training goals, objectives, topics, and instructional strategies.
• Develop storyboards, assessments, and beta tests for new development.
• Maintain existing products by applying policy changes and DS3 standards.
• Create course design documents, media treatments, and technical specifications.
• Evaluate instructional effectiveness and update assessments as needed.
