Job summary

Oneida ESC Group is seeking a CADP Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) for Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex in Montgomery, AL. This full-time role involves designing, developing, and maintaining curriculum and instructional materials for CADP courses, and coordinating with Government SMEs to drive course development efforts.

The ISD will apply the ADDIE model across all phases, create learning objectives using Bloom's taxonomy, and ensure materials meet Section 508 accessibility requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Three (3) years of instructional design and learning program development experience.
• Formal training in Instructional Systems Design, Training, or Education.
• Experience developing online learning solutions.
• One (1) year of LMS experience.
• One (1) year of academic environment experience involving instruction and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and revise curriculum and instructional materials for CADP courses.
• Execute course development projects in coordination with Government SMEs and stakeholders.
• Apply the ADDIE model throughout all phases of course development.
• Develop course objectives and student learning objectives utilizing Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Ensure all instructional materials meet Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Create and maintain design documentation and development plans.
• Conduct research to support curriculum updates and new course development.
• Perform quarterly quality reviews of learning products and document findings.
• Ensure compliance with Air University, DAF, accreditation, and CLDS standards.
