US citizenship is required; the position offers relocation assistance may be available, and a salary range of $169,000.00 - $253,600.00 with benefits including health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of Mission Assurance/Quality experience; Master's with 10 years.
• Experience applying process control to software/hardware development and production programs.
• QMS experience and ability to present data for reviews.

Responsibilities

• Implement Mission Assurance principles across the program life cycle.
• Identify risks and opportunities; evaluate risk management effectiveness.
• Establish integrated mission assurance plans aligned with requirements and goals.
• Lead CPAS closure, track corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor other quality engineers and contribute to program assessments.
