The role involves managing GivePulse, Qualtrics, Formstack, and related data tools, creating reports, and presenting findings to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, social sciences, or educational program evaluation.
• Two years of research experience with data modeling and analyses.
• Experience with data coding and documentation.
• Experience with databases and reporting.
• Proficiency in SPSS and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and track assessment plans aligned with institutional goals.
• Create measurable outcomes for programs and events reflecting values.
• Manage GivePulse for tracking service participation and engagement.
• Oversee data collection tools (Qualtrics, Formstack) and reporting.
• Analyze data to inform program effectiveness and reporting.
