Job summary

Lumbra is seeking a Deployment Strategist to serve as a mission expert on field teams, deploying Nebula in classified environments for the Intelligence Community and DoD. You will map analyst workflows, capture undocumented practices, and encode them into Nebula as agents, workflows, and skills.

You will ensure mission correctness and coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers who handle integrations. The role emphasizes hands-on development in Nebula, Python scripting, and workflow design, with

Qualifications

• 4+ years as an analyst, operator, or targeteer in the relevant mission space.
• Demonstrated ability to become a power user of complex analytic tooling and to teach it to experienced users.
• Working Python proficiency, including scripting and data wrangling, and comfort reading and modifying code.
• Practical understanding of AI agent concepts, including prompting, workflow and evaluation design.
• Strong interviewing and listening skills with experience eliciting process knowledge from SMEs.
• Clear written communication.
• Willingness to work on client site 80-100% in Arlington, VA, plus travel.
• U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Map current analyst workflows before platform configuration begins.
• Capture tribal knowledge from experienced analysts and encode it into Nebula as agents, workflows, and skills.
• Encode knowledge into Nebula and own output quality for mission relevance.
• Apply prompt and workflow design, evaluation, and failure analysis to ensure reliable agent output.
• Work with Forward Deployed Engineers who handle connectors, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Drive adoption through hands-on training and coaching.
• Be the main point of contact for analyst feedback on platform behavior.
• Create reusable workflow documentation to shorten future deployments.
