Job summary

Project Harmony seeks an experienced MATYS Specialist to support youth and young adults at high risk of trafficking. The role involves home visits and collaboration with law enforcement, child protection, and community providers to deliver crisis intervention, safety planning and case management.

You will engage families over time, coordinate services, and advocate for access to housing, education and health supports in a trauma-informed framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Social Work, Counseling, Criminal Justice or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with high-risk youth/trauma survivors is preferred.
• Training in crisis intervention and in-home/community case management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning for high-risk youth and families.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and coordinate care with partners.
• Develop and monitor safety and reintegration plans with clients.
• Maintain documentation and collect program data for quality improvement.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, child protection, and community providers.
