This role leverages deep aerospace and defense experience, strong engineering acumen, and trusted customer relationships to identify opportunities, craft differentiated solutions, and support profitable growth.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex opportunity funnels, and coordinate with DoD budgeting and contracting

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry.
• Bachelor’s degree anchored in engineering or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex opportunity funnels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships by understanding priorities and value.
• Identify, qualify, and track opportunities respecting DoD budgeting and contracting processes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop differentiated solutions.
• Gather market intelligence to inform strategy and priorities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
• Drive actions to improve margins and increase bookings.
