• 10+ years in Aerospace and Defense, with engineering background
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to listen, frame problems, and develop solutions
• Proven ability to foster long-term relationships and drive growth
• Experience managing opportunity funnels and increasing bookings year over year
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders
• Strategic thinker; tests hypotheses via customer/market intelligence

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer relationships by understanding priorities, challenges, and value
• Identify, qualify, and track opportunities while accounting for DoD budget timing and contracting processes
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop differentiated solutions to complex customer problems
• Gather and document customer and market intelligence to inform business strategy and internal priorities
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations to internal and external stakeholders
• Drive actions that strengthen competitive differentiation, improve margins, and increase bookings
