Job summary

KODA Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Performance Analysis Engineer for on-site work at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL.

You will perform mission- and system-level analyses of missile defense capabilities, develop analytical tools in MATLAB and Python, and communicate findings to engineering teams and government stakeholders. The role requires 7+ years in defense-focused performance analysis, strong data analytics, and the ability to present complex results clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
• 7+ years of professional experience supporting performance analysis, modeling & simulation, or mission analysis for complex defense systems.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Missile Defense Agency (MDA) programs or elements.
• Advanced proficiency with MATLAB, including model development, data analysis, and visualization.
• Proficiency with Python, including NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting analyses to government customers and senior leadership.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform performance analyses of missile defense system capabilities using modeling and simulation tools.
• Develop methodologies to evaluate system effectiveness, interceptor performance, engagement outcomes, and mission success.
• Design, develop, and maintain analytical tools using MATLAB and Python.
• Conduct statistical analyses, Monte Carlo simulations, and trade-space assessments to support engineering decisions.
• Analyze large datasets from missile defense simulations to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Develop technical reports, presentations, and data visualizations for leadership.
