Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• 5+ years of direct program/project management experience or 8–10+ years in engineering/manufacturing/defense.

Responsibilities

• Manage evolution and maturation of critical technologies for the tactical missiles line of business.
• Oversee programs from inception to readiness for transition to production.
• Derive programs, capture work, and execute missile development projects.
• Coordinate cost, schedule, technical performance, and cross-functional interfaces.
