Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a program leader to own the delivery of All-Up Rounds for the Air Dominance portfolio, coordinating cross‑functional support from Orlando while supporting final assembly and testing at the Troy, AL site. The role emphasizes removal of obstacles, strong teamwork, and rapid progress toward ambitious production targets.

Ideal candidates will have a DoD Secret clearance, a relevant engineering/operations degree, and proven program-management experience in aerospace/defense

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of All-Up Rounds for the Air Dominance portfolio, meeting cost, schedule and performance targets
• Lead cross‑functional program support team based in Orlando to support final assembly and test operations at the Troy, AL site as needed
• Maintain strong relationships with the Troy team and remove obstacles to keep the program running smoothly
• Balance rapid process maturity with meeting output commitments as production volume increases
• Serve as a key customer liaison, leading regular program reviews on cost, schedule and technical performance
