Lockheed Martin is seeking a program leader to own the delivery of All-Up Rounds for the Air Dominance portfolio, coordinating cross‑functional support from Orlando while supporting final assembly and testing at the Troy, AL site. The role emphasizes removal of obstacles, strong teamwork, and rapid progress toward ambitious production targets.
Ideal candidates will have a DoD Secret clearance, a relevant engineering/operations degree, and proven program-management experience in aerospace/defense
Candidate must possess an Active DoD Secret clearance with investigation within the last 5 years.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, a related field or equivalent work experience.
Program Management experience in aerospace/defense, preferably on high complexity weapon or avionics systems or program production operations experience managing missile or missile subsystems.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and to remove production barriers in a complex, regulated environment.
Proven ability to work multiple, high-priority tasks in parallel with minimal direction.
Program management experience specifically responsible for the production of complex missile systems.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams in a concurrent production and development environment.
Experience managing the production of missile systems and/or missile sub‑systems.
Full‑Time Salary Range: $182500.00 - $338900.00
