• Experience as a Chief Engineer and leading engineering teams.
• Experience transitioning products from development to production and enabling producibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution of multidisciplinary team to transition missile to production.
• Act as primary technical contact with customer, program management, and engineering leadership.
• Engage with suppliers to ensure deliverables meet technical and schedule constraints.
• Balance requirements with producibility in alignment with ongoing development programs.
• Develop test strategy aligned with multiple programs.
