Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical execution of a multidisciplinary team to transition a complex missile from development to production.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact with customer counterparts, program management, and engineering leadership.
• Engage with major suppliers to ensure deliverables meet technical and schedule constraints.
• Balance requirements with producibility while working with the current development program.
• Develop a test strategy vision aligned with common program needs.
• Chair program execution boards (FRACAS, risk board, ERB, CCB).
