Job summary

OASYS, INC. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Mid-Level Test Engineer/Analyst to support the ARMY customer on-site at Redstone Arsenal. You will join a team that develops, tests, and fields tactical missile defense systems, working with HWIL environments and complex system representations.

The role emphasizes data analysis, tool development, and test case creation for software and system integration, with travel up to 10% and a strong emphasis on engineering rigor and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Math, or related field (experience may substitute for degree).
• 3+ years of experience with sensor and/or system-level data analysis.
• Direct operational or test experience with Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS).
• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis, data visualization, signal and data processing, electromagnetics, and/or system engineering using MATLAB or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make recommendations.
• Ability to develop reports and briefings that explain complex system behaviors to diverse audiences.
• Ability to multi-task and work across multiple efforts.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Join a team supporting development, test, and fielding of tactical missile defense systems.
• Work with real-time HWIL systems, tactical software & hardware, and digital representations of missile defense systems.
• Design and develop analysis tools and perform complex analysis on system/algorithm performance.
• Develop and maintain test cases for software and system integration.
• Support a broad range of projects including performance analysis, modeling & simulation, post-flight reconstruction, and risk reduction.
• Apply engineering principles across established system engineering concepts.
• Analyze and document results of test cases in software and hardware test reports.
• Develop system requirements to support functionality.
