Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Senior Production Test Engineer (Missile Assembly) for the 1st shift (Tue–Fri) at our Troy, AL facility. You will help develop automated test equipment, prepare procedures, and support electro‑mechanical integration in fast-paced manufacturing.

The role requires reading complex drawings, performing detailed failure analyses, and implementing corrective actions while ensuring quality and security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years production test experience or 3+ years with Master’s degree; or 9 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support development of automated test equipment and test process planning.
• Provide hands-on technical support during electro‑mechanical integration.
• Conduct failure analysis and root-cause investigations for corrective actions.
• Evaluate electrical test results and perform trend analysis to prevent issues.
