The State of Missouri’s Division of Purchasing in Jefferson City is seeking a part-time Records and Procurement Support Clerk. The role focuses on maintaining procurement records, supporting daily operations, and assisting with mail, invoices, and bid processes.
Ideal candidates will have at least six months of office support experience, a high school diploma, and strong time management and customer service skills. Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook is preferred.

You'll be part of a collaborative team at the Division of Purchasing, helping maintain procurement records and support daily operations that enable state agencies to serve Missouri residents effectively.
Although this part-time role does not include state benefits, it offers opportunities for advancement into full-time positions with benefits.
The position is 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday-Friday). Available schedule options include: 8:00a.m.-12:00p.m., 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m., or 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
