Job summary

SpecialtyCare is seeking a Minimally Invasive Clinical Specialist I to join the OR support team in the Greenville area. You will be trained in a multi-stage program, working in a high-class simulation OR, with paid training and all expenses covered.

The role focuses on prepping instruments and equipment for laparoscopic and endoscopic procedures, providing logistical and technical support, and ensuring supplies and documentation are ready.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Ability to work with clinical staff and physicians to meet preferences.
• Basic computer and documentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistical and technical support for laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries.
• Set up, troubleshoot and maintain minimally invasive equipment including video systems.
• Manage routine tower functions including pre-operative setup and instrument knowledge.
• Understand video component connectivity and troubleshooting principles.
• Assist physicians and clinical staff to ensure preferences are met.
• Complete paper and electronic documentation forms.
