SpecialtyCare is expanding! We are seeking a Minimally Invasive Clinical Specialist I to support laparoscopic and endoscopic operating rooms, set up and troubleshoot equipment, and assist surgical teams. Training is comprehensive and provided, with no direct patient care mandated.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, with associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. CPR certification is a plus, and you must live within 30 minutes of our hospitals while able to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• No experience is necessary.
• Healthcare experience or training is preferred.
• Must live within 30 minutes of contracted hospitals.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must complete pre-hire medical aptitude test and on-the-job training.

Responsabilités

• Provide logistical and technical support for laparoscopic and endoscopic surgeries.
• Set up, troubleshoot and maintain all minimally invasive equipment including video systems and towers.
• Manage routine tower functions and pre-operative setup.
• Understand video component functionality and troubleshooting principles.
• Assist physicians and clinical staff to meet preferences.
• Complete all paper and electronic documentation forms.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and available.
• Sterilize and decontaminate equipment between cases and prepare for next case.
• Participate in shadow and/or tray call coverage as scheduled.
• Learn and adhere to all Safety and clinical guidelines of SpecialtyCare and partner facilities.
• Live the SpecialtyCare Values – Integrity, Care, Urgency, and Improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
